I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were a great size and beautifully presented, despite the mix-up with the bed arrangement. The service was top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff making me feel truly welcome. The location was perfect for my needs, being close to key venues and attractions. However, the dining options left something to be desired in terms of quality and value for money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I stayed in was on a high floor and corner, offering beautiful dual aspect views, although the room itself was outdated and lacked a modern USB-C cord. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the space was comfortable, but the decor could use a refresh. The service was a bit hit or miss - the staff were friendly but not always well-trained, and there was an issue with charging the wrong credit card. The location was spot on for ANZ Stadium, which was super convenient, but the area itself felt somewhat neglected. The dining options were good overall, with a variety of choices and fresh food, even though prices were on the higher side. Facilities were decent, but nothing exceptional.
Although there were initial delays with the room readiness, my stay at the hotel was comfortable and clean. The location was great as it was within walking distance of where I needed to be the next day. However, there were some minor issues like a non-functioning PowerPoint and low shower pressure.
